Do you have what it takes, America? Apparently, Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul realized they didn't. This second season of The X Factor, USA will premiere Wednesday September 12 on FOX. By now, you have all heard about the recent changes to the cast and rumors floating around set, but it's time to shed some light on the he said/she said.

The empty seats separating reality talent scout Simon Cowell and recording label legend L.A. Reid will be filled by two captivating blondes this season. Wednesday night, we will welcome Disney star turned youth advocate Demi Lovato and worldwide Pop sensation Britney Spears. With a new lineup comes a new atmosphere, right? Here are just five X Factor hints at what we all can look forward to in season 2.

Simon and Demi Butt Heads

Before you take to Twitter with this one, let me explain. Demi is young and playful and new to reality television talent shows. (On this side of the stage, at least). So if Simon, a veteran scout of talent seen for over the last decade, sees a reason to poke fun at Demi's behavior, she will definitely dish it right back at him. It's a recipe for comedy. Can Demi Lovato be the one we've been waiting for to give Simon Cowell a taste of his own medicine?

Such a Flirt

Hot, young boy bands and Justin Bieber wannabes are surfacing everywhere these days. America's youth is ready to take a piece of their own hunk spotlight. What does this matter? Well, there seems to be a lot of flirtation bouncing back and forth between the judges' desk and the stage. No, I don't mean from L.A.'s corner! Demi, once again, makes no efforts to hold back what is on her mind when those cute boys come strutting across the stage. Perhaps we can look forward to X Factor romance headlines?

Groups Have a Shot This Season

Remember last year's selection of groups? No? That's probably because they were all gone so quickly, leaving Paula to sit around and give tips to the other mentors' acts. Not this season, America! Whoever mentors the groups should have tons of talent to work with. There are some groups making headway overseas, so why not here in the states?

Britney Is Hard to Please

Former Mickey Mouse Club member and current pop princess Britney Spears may check her nice attitude at the door. If any acts thought they would have an easy "yes" from Britney this season, then they are sadly mistaken. It's not all sugarplums and dandelions, Britney knows what sells and she will tell anyone when something's not working. Let's just say she will make Simon proud.

Drama, Drama and More Drama

This season is amped up with drama. Not just between talent and judges, either. This season we can all look forward to bigger and better meltdowns, freak accidents and sirens. Yes, someone has called the cops! There is no telling who did it or what happened, though. You'll just have to tune in like everyone else this Wednesday night for the season 2 premiere of The X Factor on FOX.
