The contestants on The X Factor are from all walks of life, and it's not just their talent that makes them stand out; it's their stories. FOX has released several previews of the people we'll meet on the show, and they're a varied bunch of captivating individuals who we'd definitely like to see more of.
On The X Factor, talent comes in all shapes and sizes, ages and backgrounds. There are construction workers, hairdressers and even your local fast food server. All of them have dreams, and they're willing to face a panel of judges to make those dreams happen.
This first clip illustrates just that. No matter where you're from or what you do, there's a place for you in a reality competition. And that's not always a bad thing.
We also have a chance to find out more about the contestants by taking an in-depth look at who they are and who they want to be. On this next video, let's meet the group who might just change the way we look at boy bands: 4shore. Looks like there's one big challenge up for these guys.
And here's Stacey, an inspiring single mom who is doing this all for her child. Her time on The X Factor might just be the thing that changes her life.
There's also 13-year-old Rachel, whose age is no obstacle to what she can share to the world.
But The X Factor isn't without its fair share of contestants who stand out in a different way. Check out this clip of Xander, because it seems as though Simon has met his match at last.
Speaking of Simon, here's another promo clip of the judges. They've gone through audition after audition from every part of the country to find their stars. But it's not just that, they're also going to mentor each one of them throughout the competition. That means, even the judges are competing despite how well they work with one another.
With all the talent you're going to see, remember to set the date for the premiere of The X Factor
on September 21. And so you won't miss another episode, why not download the NEW BuddyTV Guide App
