Thank you, San Francisco Giants.
The X Factor
was originally scheduled to begin its live shows Thursday, with a
second new episode Sunday, but due to the World Series ending after just
four games, FOX is readjusting its schedule.
The first live show of
The X Factor featuring new hosts Mario Lopez and Khloe Kardashian-Odom will now air Wednesday, October 31 at 8pm. The episode will feature the Top 16 acts performing and will air a special extended episode until 10:07pm.
The live results show will then air Thursday at 8pm as the Top 12 acts are revealed.
The new schedule means The X Factor won't be airing a new episode Sunday, November 4, as previously planned.
The move should help
The X Factor try to establish itself on Wednesday nights before next week, when the live show will go head-to-head with a live performance show of NBC's
The Voice.
