After much speculation and lists of celebrity names being tossed back and forth, the long time frontrunners of the bunch have snagged the job as hosting duo of The X Factor. Both E! Online and TMZ break stories of this male-female hosting team.

Millions upon billions of dollars will now be added to the X Factor budgets as reported by TMZ who note the celebrity hosts salaries in addition to that of Britney Spears’.

The season is already nearing its live leg of the competition, having started on September 12 of this year. During the airing of those previously recorded episodes, the casting producers apparently had all the time in the world to secure the best woman and man for the job, assuming that two heads are better than one.

Neither of these Hollywood faces are strangers to reality television. Mario Lopez left this Saved By The Bell roots and hopped from one network to another in order to host shows such as MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew. Khloe Kardashian catapulted to reality stardom thanks to her sister Kim, spawning a franchise of Kardashian reality shows seen on E!.

Khloe and Mario replace last season’s host Steve Jones and are expected to make their X Factor debuts next month.
