-Drama The Wire is a sprawling urban police drama, set in the mean streets of a drug-riddled Baltimore where the cycle of misery and poverty is hopeless and detectives do their best to stay ahead and grapple with the situation they're given. The Wire has the benefit of being on HBO and can, as a result, be as graphic in nature as it wants to be.

Multi-talented Clarke Peters is residing in the Charles Village Area in Baltimore, Maryland. Aside from being an actor, he is also a writer and a singer. He currently stars in HBO's critically-acclaimed police drama The Wire.

Lester Freamon is a highly-skilled Baltimore detective that got demoted to the force's pawnshop unit when he refused to give full participation in a politically-motivated case. After more than ten years, Lester was resurrected from oblivion when he was assigned to a special detail, thinking that he would only be useless. He proved them wrong as Lester immersed himself into the investigation consummately, chasing leads and watching over wiretaps with the tenacity of a bulldog.
