reveals that Keith Urban, Seal, Joel Madden and Delta Goodrem will serve as the series' coaches. Because, beyond their collective musical talents and accolades, only the mixture of a country star, a leather-clad rocker, a soul singer and a pretty blonde woman can find the nation's next vocal superstar. Hey, it's working here. Why not down under?

The UK version of the show
will premiere in March, when coaches Jessie J, Will.i.am, The Script frontman Danny O'Donoghue and Tom Jones (TOM JONES!)
will attempt to find the next British star from behind their own big red spinny chairs.
Well, at least we assume
they'll be red. But with the UK coaching combination slightly bucking the norm (A pretty brunette
woman? A pop-rock icon? No country singer? And does Danny even HAVE
