The Voice is about to go into overdrive at the start of November with the live shows. During election week, The Voice will air Monday, Wednesday and Thursday as the show goes live and the singing competition narrows the field down to the Top 12.

Not all titles featured on BuddyTV are available through Amazon Prime.

Live shows will air Monday, November 5 and Wednesday, November 7 from 8-10pm. Those performance live shows will be followed by a special one-hour Thursday night results show at 9pm where two singers from each coach's team will be eliminated.

The expanded coverage for The Voice should help boost NBC's ratings, and also take a huge bite out of rival singing competition The X Factor, which is also slated to begin its live shows Wednesday, November 7.

The Voice is currently concluding the Battle Rounds where the coaches narrow their teams down to the Top 10. On Monday, October 29 and Tuesday, October 30 The Voice will expand to two hours each night for the new Knockout Rounds where coaches will pit two singers against each other, narrowing their teams down to just five singers.

On the live performance shows, the Top 20 singers will take the stage to sing for America's votes, and the bottom two vote-getters from each team will be eliminated.

The move is definitely a huge vote of confidence in The Voice as the one-and-only salvation of the network. Regularly scheduled for three hours per week, the show expands to four hours next week and five the following week, showing just how much NBC needs The Voice.
