The Vampire Diaries is in the home stretch with Stefan's new love of human blood and the arrival of the very knowledgeable Uncle John Gilbert.  This week's episode, "Miss Mystic Falls," takes place during a town beauty pageant, but it's the vampire drama behind the scenes that will cause the real fireworks.

Check out these two clips from this week's episode of The Vampire Diaries.

In the first video, Anna visits Damon to apologize for the whole "kidnapping and torturing Stefan" thing.  The scene raises one very interesting question about the recently depleted blood bank supplies, suggesting that Mystic Falls has even more secrets we haven't seen yet.



The second clip is another classic Stefan-Damon showdown all about Stefan's recent ingestion of human blood.  Needless to say, drinking blood makes Stefan a completely different person.



The Vampire Diaries airs Thursdays at 8pm on the CW.
