Only one episode remains in The Vampire Diaries season 3, and there is absolutely no way to know how it is all going to end. Will the Originals return to wreak havoc? Will Elena ever decide on a Salvatore? How many dead bodies can we expect before season 4?
Check out these two Vampire Diaries videos from "The Departed" for some answers.
Not all titles featured on BuddyTV are available through Amazon Prime.
In the first video, we find out exactly what Damon and Stefan did with Klaus' body after Bonnie desiccated him.
So much for the Atlantic Ocean. You can't blame them, really. A storage locker is ever so much more convenient. Plus, everyone knows that storage facilities are where all of the dead bodies are stored.
Of course, the middle of the Atlantic Ocean would be more secure than an easily located storage unit. Based on a photo released for the Vampire Diaries
season 3 finale, Alaric has little trouble finding it.
In other news from this video, what's going on between Elena and the Originals? Did she actually betray the Salvatores for some reason? That seems unlikely, but it's hard to tell from this short clip.
Whatever is going on and whatever the outcome may be, at least this situation allows Bonnie and Damon to hang out together. That's a match made in hilarity.Click here to read our recap of "Before Sunset" to prepare for the Vampire Diaries season 3 finale.
The second video takes place back at the Gilberts' house. SPOILER ALERT:
Elena is not, in fact, dead. She isn't exactly at her best, but death has been avoided. So far...
Will we be seeing the first of the pre-show flashbacks just before this scene? It sounds like Elena was dreaming about that time -- a perfect opportunity to introduce the flashback situation. Considering the girl's rather extreme head trauma and blood loss in the preceding episode, she may be falling asleep a lot throughout "The Departed."
Three more important things come out of this Vampire Diaries
video clip: 1)
Elena has quite a history of stringing along boys that she kind of likes but doesn't want to commit to. Poor Matt was merely a setup for the current vampire love triangle.2)
Elena has finally decided that it might be a good idea to choose one brother over the other. Not that she's going to tell us right now... But...3)
Since Stefan bursts through the door and embraces Elena at the end of this scene, does this mean that he is her choice?
It's entirely probable that this is a misdirect from those devious Vampire Diaries
people. Alas, we will not know for sure until the Vampire Diaries
season 3 finale, "The Departed," airs on Thursday, May 10 at 8pm on The CW.(Image and videos courtesy of The CW)
