The Unit: Preview of "The Spear of Destiny"

Last week on The Unit, Jonas and the team were deployed to a casino in Macau, tasked to regain the services of a vital CIA asset who's gone over to the other side.  Other than this, though, there was more at stake in this mission.  Since if they were successful, the charges against Bridget would be dropped.  Meanwhile, they also had to break into the casino's safe deposit vault in order to ruin the mark's reputation with his Chinese patrons.  Of course, things didn't go according to plan, as Bob was kidnapped mid-caper and tortured in a terrifying way that made him want to give up the mission and the team.

Now after catching terrorist money launderer Isaac Reed, Tom Ryan found himself unable to break Reed and get him to admit that he had something to do with the terrorist attacks.

On tonight's episode of The Unit, Mack is badly wounded while on a mission with Jonas and they must seek refuge in a monk's monastery.  Entitled "The Spear of Destiny," Bob is assigned to a dangerous mission on the home front, which, unfortunately or otherwise, just gives Kim a glimpse into the darker side of his job.

During its debut season in 2006, The Unit reeled in an average of 15.5 million viewers.  This has gone down to around 10.5 million thus far this fourth season.  The Unit stars Dennis Haysbert, Regina Taylor, Scott Foley, Robert Patrick, Audrey Marie Anderson, Max Martini, Abby Brammell, Demore Barnes, Michael Irby, and Nicole Steinwedell.

The Unit chronicles a top-secret military unit, very much like the real life Delta Force, featuring both the domestic lives of the team members and their missions abroad, plus how their understandably complicated career affect their personal lives.
