The Ultimate Fighter 4 The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is, if you haven't heard, taking over the world. Well, maybe not the whole world, but the sports world for sure. At the very least the UFC is swiftly stealing away professional boxing's former audience. The Ultimate Fighter 4 is a reality show that acts as two separate 8-man tournaments, one for welterweights and one for middleweights. The beauty of The Ultimate Fighter is that, for an hour-long show, almost half the episode is always dedicated to that week's fight. It's a perfect second-tier reality show; the drama of different personalities living in the same house followed by a full-fledged octagon UFC match. -Oscar Dahl
