Among the Playboy cover girls, Californian Andrea Lowell was nicknamed “The Natural” because her non-augmented breasts are atypical of the silicone enhancements that characterized most of the Playboy girls. Born on January 17, 1983 in Los Angeles, this biology major is the youngest of three sisters and started stage acting at six and modeling at eleven. Other than her main niche as a Playboy personality, Lowell has several commercial, television show, and movie credits to her name.
In 2006, Lowell was cast in VH1 reality show The Surreal Life season 6. The show features celebrities who are said to have been past their primes and puts them in a Hollywood Hills mansion for two weeks, all while being followed by an unforgiving camera that aimed to capture their every move. Her stint at The Surreal Life mansion will be remembered mostly due to her crazy, party-girl personality. In one episode, she flashed her boob in a bar and danced like a freak on stage. Asked how she felt about her portrayal in the reality show, she said that while she was partly disappointed with the editing, she owned up for all that she did because, after all, “everything they've edited, I actually did.” She said she just had to use such experiences as opportunities to learn.
Other than her flesh-baring antics, she's also remembered for lashing out at the show's on-call sex therapist Florence “Mrs. Brady” Henderson. She claimed Henderson singled her out just because she did nudity for Playboy, while mentioning that the all her roommates had issues of their own but did not get the same vicious comments. All in all, though, Lowell is happy she did The Surreal Life because it opened her to more people. According to her, she is pigeonholed and exposed to just one fan base as a Playboy model.
