While looking for Arwin, Zack finds a bookcase that leads to a secret room.  The twins find a sign that says "DANGER KEEP OUT" on the outside of a gate.  London announces that she'll be hosting a Halloween party and invites the staff ... to serve her guests.  She bribes them into helping her and of course, gets her way.  Zack and Cody confront Arwin about the secret room, who tells them never to go beyond the gate.  Naturally, they don't listen and immediately go looking for answers.


Back at Arwin's place, Zack finds a key to open the gate but Cody tries to stop him.  Zack sets a trap which he accidentally falls into and while Cody tries to help him, the gate mysteriously opens.  Behind them stands a tall figure who growls at them.  When they turn around, they catch a glimpse of Arwinstein, which sends them (and him) screaming!

Arwin returns to find the twins freaked out and the gate open and empty.  He sits down to tell them the story of how Arwinstein came to be.  He built that robot from scratch and once he got him up and running, had a hard time controlling him.  Arwin tells the kids that the robot goes nuts anytime he sees broccoli or flashing lights, and destroys everything in its path.

Arwinstein shows up in the hotel lobby, scaring Esteban.  Everyone thinks it's Arwin but the twins run in to try to get him back to Arwin's place.  Remembering that he loves oranges, they look for one to try to lure him out of there.  They get him up to their hotel room, where Cody tries to get him to talk.  When Carey comes in the room and tries to take a picture of Arwinstein, he runs away, crashing through a wall.

At London's party, the costume contest gets underway and Arwinstein shows up.  London rejects costume after costume and then lays her eyes on Arwinstein, who she names the winner.  A picture is taken of London and the winner, and the robot goes crazy.  He picks up Carey and runs away with her.  Moseby and the party guests chase them down, and he demands that Arwin take apart Arwinstein.   After Arwinstein says his first word, hugs Arwin, and calls Moseby his friend, everyone decides he can stay until they find another home for him.
