Promotions for the Sprouse brothers have been all around town, and it seems the boys can't get enough of it. Trust Disney to come up with a franchise that sells by the millions; these boys are just two of the many beneficiaries of another successful Disney franchise.
In the past weeks we've seen the stars of
The Suite Life of Zack and Cody in the news with press releases on the show's spin off,
The Suite Life on Deck, and the more recent release of the direct-to-video film entitled
Snow Buddies, for which
Dylan Sprouse lent his voice to.
In other news outside of the film-making world, the boys continue to make waves with their nominations for the Kids Choice Awards. The twins are indeed everywhere, with another DVD release that would definitely be an item to add to a fan's collection.
Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment has recently announced that a new DVD featuring
The Suite Life of Zack and Cody is going to be released on June 17, 2008. Tagged
Lip Synchin' In the Rain, the DVD features four episodes of the Kids Choice Award-nominated comedy series.
The DVD focuses on the episode in which the school puts up a production of Disney's phenomenal made-for-TV movie,
High School Musical. The twist is in the fact that London (
Brenda Song) beat out Maddie (
Ashley Tisdale) for the role of Sharpay, which is played by Tisdale in the original movie. Moreover, it seems that London will be the star of the production, while Maddie will do all the work. Not to worry though, as Zack (Dylan Sprouse) and Cody (
Cole Sprouse) plan on revealing the real star of the show.
The 89-minute DVD also includes bonus two bonus features, "Hilarious Gag Reel with the Entire Gang" and "Twin-Tastic," where fans can "Get the 411 on Everything 'Twins'!"
The Suite Life of Zack and Cody: Lip Synchin' In the Rain DVD retails for $19.99 and will be available in record stores nationwide beginning June 17th.
To catch more of the crazy antics of the Sprouse brothers, catch
The Suite Life of Zack and Cody every night at 7:30/6:30c on Disney Channel.
