Dylan and
Cole Sprouse are often featured getting into all sorts of trouble and fooling around the corridors of Tipton Hotel on
The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. This is actually just a translation of their energy and enthusiasm, which is palpable even off camera.
While other youngsters deem acting at an early age as a form of work, for the Sprouse bros, however, this is not the case as they consider being on
The Suite Life a very entertaining and enjoyable experience.
“It's a great environment to hang out at
The Suite Life. The most fun thing about our job is probably coming to work and saying ‘hey this is gonna be a fun episode' and ‘I wonder what's gonna happen in this script' then seeing who might be a guest star or hanging out with your friends and seeing
Ashley [Tisdale] and
Brenda [Song] and
Kim [Rhodes] and
Phill [Lewis] and Adrian [R'Mante]. And on tape nights when there's audience…it's so fun. So it's really not work as much as it is like fun,” Dylan Sprouse said.
Part of why they enjoy
The Suite Life is the people they work with, whom they now consider as family.
“Ashley who plays Maddie on the show, off on the set and on, she's like our sister. She's a lot of fun to hang out with. She's like the sister we never had…and so is Brenda…we're all a big happy family,” Dylan Sprouse added.
Though all are equally delightful to work with, the Sprouse brothers consider Brian Stepanek as the funniest among all the cast members of the
Suite Life.
“The person who plays Arwin [Hawkhauser], Brian Stepanek, makes us laugh the most… the stuff he says on the show is his own material…I mean he'll just make it up and we'll be… trying to hold it in,” Cole Sprouse said.
