Phill Lewis as Marion Moseby

Marion Eduardo Moseby of Disney Channel's The Sutie Life of Zack and Cody is played by Phill Lewis. A former bellhop, Moseby is the uptight manager of Boston's Tipton Hotel. He speaks with a wide vocabulary and an urbane vernacular, which often comes off as very comedic. He often disapproves of Zack and Cody, the twin sons of the hotel headlining singer, Carey Martin. However, there are instances wherein he does show some affection for the twins. Moreover, he often makes a fool of himself in front of people by doing something to make himself appear bad to others, or sarcastically saying something about himself that isn't true.

Moseby temporarily lost control of the Tipton when Ilsa, a hotel inspector, disapproved of his management. It was caused by Zack and Cody's schemes, and the boys immediately planned to bring Moseby back. Zack and Cody then held a cat convention at the hotel at the same time as London's dog birthday party for her pet, Ivana. The chaos caused Ilsa to get fired and Moseby reinstated.

Moseby once tried to teach London, the spoiled daughter of the Tipton's owner, how to drive. However, London felt very pressured, thus giving Moseby an even harder time at teaching her.

Moseby took Zack and Cody to a baseball game, and accidentally caught a baseball, thus causing the Red Sox to lose. The people of Boston then started hating him, naming him "the most hated man in Boston."

Moseby's older brother, who was shorter than him, once visited the Tipton, thus causing an awkward situation, as the two disliked each other. In another occasion, Moseby's grandmother visited the Tipton and helped out Zack in his history paper. However, the paper was graded a D, and Zack brought grandmother Moseby to school, where she taught the history teacher a lesson he probably wouldn't forget.
