Hesh Rabkin is played by Jerry Adler on HBO's hit drama series
The Sopranos. Hesh serves as
Tony's advisor and friend, a loan shark who has a taste for horses and African-American women. Hesh made his fortune in the recording industry during the 50s and the 60s. His being Jewish prevented him from being a made man in the mob; nevertheless, he became an important man in Tony's business.
