The Shield: Episode Preview of "Possible Kill Screen"
Tonight on the second to the last episode of The Shield, the anticipation for the finale grows higher.  On the previous installment, Corrine (Cathy Cahlin Ryan) agrees to work with Dutch and Claudette, while mediating between Vic (Michael Chiklis) and Shane (Walton Goggins).  After investigating the murder of a high school football player, the action continues on the last season of FX's The Shield.

On “Possible Kill Screen,” Olivia (Laurie Holden) joins in the work of the Strike Team in order to capture a Mexican drug lord.  They need to uncover what's going on before any more damage is done.  Meanwhile, Dutch (Jay Karnes) finds it in himself to clean up Billings' (David Marciano) mess.

Also on tonight's episode of The Shield, Claudette (CCH Pounder) investigates the death of a woman who may just have connections with the Strike Team.  Questions build up the tension on the final season of the series, and many fans wonder if the show will indeed depart with a bang.

Directed by Adam E. Fierro and Evan Bleiwess, “Possible Kill Screen” was written by Billy Gierhart.  The series also stars Michael Jace, Benito Martinez, and David Rees Snell.  Actors with recurring roles for the show include Autumn Chiklis, Michele Hicks, Francesco Quinn and J. David Shanks.  The series has been noted by critics for its realism, and it even ranked #8 in Time magazine's Top 10 Returning Series of 2007 by James Poniewozik.

Below is the episode preview of tonight's “Possible Kill Screen.” This new episode of The Shield airs on FX at 10pm.

Next week, don't forget to catch the season finale of The Shield, titled “Family Meeting.”  A woman's disappearance leads the Strike Team to work double time, and even more so when they discover a rather large drug shipment plaguing the area.
