Kenneth Johnson was raised in Vermont and attended Central Connecticut State University. Johnson is a sports aficionado, and he participated in several sports teams when he was in college. His television credits include Smallville, Just Shoot Me, Boomtown and Grace Under Fire. Johnson just completed work on the indie film Desolation Canyon. Curtis "Lemonhead" Lemansky is played by Kenneth Johnson on FX Network's police drama series The Shield. Lem is one members of the Strike Team, a conscience-driven individual who is liked by almost everybody. He was recruited to the team by his best friend Shane Vendrell. He was initially conceived as the "muscle" of the team.
