In a sneak peek for the next episode of The Real World, Shauvon Torres is gone from The Real World house, and the remaining gang is wondering what on earth their next new roommate will be like.

Kelly Anne Judd tells Trisha Cummings that they are placing bets on what they think the new person's personality will be. Trisha says she thinks the new person will try to establish early that he or she can't be walked all over just because they arrived at the house later than anyone else.

Isaac Stout is impatient for the new roommate to arrive, but passes the time with his new Australian crush. He and Noirin are cute together, and Kelly Anne remarks that Isaac seems like even more fun when she is around. The two go for a walk and Noirin learns that Isaac is Jewish. She says she doesn't think she's ever met a Jewish person before.

Isaac likes that Noirin is a no-nonsense kind of girl. When he tells her about Shauvon going home – and leaving before taking her free vacation – Noirin bluntly says she thinks that was not so bright.

The new roommate arrives at night, peeking out from her cab window trying to take in the sights of Sydney. She's Ashley, age 19, and from California. She is cute and bubbly, and clearly excited about her new opportunity. She “single” and “more than ready to mingle.”

She arrives in the house, and makes some perky introductions to the entire gang. Dunbar Flinn is the last guy she meets and she later says in interview that he's the cutest guy there. The feeling might be mutual, as Dunbar also comments in interview how attractive she is. Are there going to be sparks flying between these two?
