The 20th season of The Real World kicks off this Wednesday and is set in Hollywood. The show is changing things up this season, bringing in 7 cast members with one thing in common: they all want to be famous. MTV has brought on aspiring singers, actors, and models to try to make it big in Hollywood. Of course, they’ll do more than just perform. They’ll hook up, scream, cry, fight, make up, and laugh their way through this new season. Here are some more details about The Real World: Hollywood.

The show has also decided to go green this season. "On this 20th anniversary season we wanted to get back a little to the show’s origins by casting people who were pursuing dreams of careers in the entertainment business,” said Jon Murray, Chairman and President of Bunim-Murray Productions. The new Real World house will feature environmentally-friendly products such as solar panels, hybrid cars, bamboo flooring, and energy efficient appliances.

The cast members had other things on their mind besides saving the environment. Hooking up with each other and random people at the bar seemed to be high on the priority list. While some bring home a different person every night, others focus on those closest to home. Brianna falls for Joey while Kimberly and Dave spend some quality time together.

The fights are bigger and better than ever this season. Every cast members loses their temper and some have a hard time controlling themselves. The roommates become worried when Joey displays overly aggressive behavior. Brianna gets into a down and dirty fight on the street that brings the police running.

Dave receives news from home that brings him to tears. He tells the caller, “I can get through this, I’ve gotten through worse,” as he breaks down. Their experiences in Hollywood will test them and undoubtedly bring them to their breaking points.
