Landon Lueck was featured as a member of the cast in the fifteenth season of the hit MTV reality television series The Real World, which was set in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was born on August 21, 1979, and originally hails from his hometown of River Falls located in Wisconsin. He comes from a family heritage of mixed Irish and German descent. During his time on the show, he was 23 years old, and earlier in his life was an accomplished athlete for multiple sports fronts, mainly during his high school days. Among the awards Lueck has claimed to have received are first place in state junior year for tennis, first place in the state for summer league soccer, and then fifth place at a state wrestling tournament during his senior year.
He would later go on to pursue higher learning at the University of Winconsin-Stout as well as the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he took up business studies. While his transfer was originally prompted by a desire to be a part of the wrestling team, he also thought about playing tennis for a brief period before finally deciding to focus on wakeboarding. Lueck has also appeared on other reality television series for MTV, and worked as an actor in the film Open Mic’rs. He is also a country singer, and has performed on a tour together with the likes of Jessica Simpson’s ex-husband Nick Lachey.
