Christina Trainor was featured as a member of the cast in the thirteenth season of the hit MTV reality television series The Real World, which was set in Paris, France. During the time of the show she was 24 years old, and she originally hailed from her home city, the gambling and nightlife capital of Las Vegas in Nevada. She is also the daughter of a biracial family, with her German father and her Korean mother. Trainor would eventually go on to pursue higher learning at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas, from where she eventually graduated with a degree in criminal justice.

She has been described as being drawn to diversity in her life, stemming from her parents’ relationship. Trainor grew up a military brat, since her stepfather was a member of the armed forces, and so she also learned how to be tougher and readily adapt to the situations that life often put her in. Her family would eventually move away from Las Vegas, though she herself opted to stay and work as a cocktail waitress. Trainor also chose to get breast implants. On the show, she becomes good friends with Leah, Simon and Mallory, as well as being someone who Ace and CT find themselves attracted to.
