Tamra Tells on 'The Real Housewives of Orange County'
These catfights will never end. Actually, the ladies on The Real Housewives of Orange County are acting worse than any clawed feline.  They prey on one another and will not rest until their enemies have been defeated.  One of the women on the show, Tamra Barney, is all out to bring down the new kid on the O.C. block, Gretchen Rossi.  But Tamra swears that she's the one being attacked.

Earlier this week, Gretchen told the press about the squabble that arose between her and Tamra.  This occurred while filming, and the new housewife accused the other of being insensitive.  Gretchen said that Tamra let slip a remark about her fiancé, Jeff Beitzel, who was suffering from leukemia at the time.

However, Tamra has a different story.  She insists that she did nothing of the sort, and it was only some sort of story Gretchen made up.  “I have never made a statement about Jeff,” Tamra wrote to E! Online.  “I never met the man.  May he RIP!”

Regarding Gretchen, she revealed her suspicions regarding the woman's behavior.  “The only time we heard Gretchen speak of Jeff was when the cameras were turned ON,” Tamra claimed.

The news doesn't stop there.  Tamra further asserted that she worked a good deal to make the new girl feel at home in The Real Housewives of Orange County.  Despite that, she never promised to be Gretchen's BFF even though the latter maintains that the two were indeed “best friends.”

She even brought in co-star Jeana Kough to the story.  “Jeana was right when she wrote on her blog [that] Gretchen should be on scripted TV, if you get what I mean.  This is reality TV and I give viewers my life, not bulls--t or what sounds good at the moment.”

“I told her from day one I was not here to be her friend,” Tamra continued.  “This is a working relationship.  I might be judged harshly for my sharp tongue RIGHT NOW, but keep watching!  I judge people on their actions and not their words.”

Tamra finishes off with a line that's meant for the reality TV history books. “I really don't care if she does not like me.”

Don't forget to catch a new episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County tonight on Bravo.  On “Love Tanks,” Tamra and her spouse celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary by spending time in the California wine country.  A commotion ensues when the Gunvalsons join them as the other housewives deal with personal troubles.

The Real Housewives of Orange County returns tonight on Bravo at 10pm.
