Vicki Gunvalson's Biography:

Vicki Gunvalson is a very driven and brave woman who continues to live a high-paced lifestyle even after she decided to take it slow and spend more time with her family. She is very devoted to her husband and tries hard to balance her life as a successful businesswoman and loving wife and mother. With the growth of her insurance company, Vicki asked her friend- and equally wealthy neighbor on the reality series The Real Housewives of Orange County- Lauri to work for her.

On the second season, Vicki is left home alone with her husband as their two children have left to pursue their education outside of the community. This does not bode well for Vicki’s son, Michael, who has suddenly grown lazy while studying at the University of Colorado in Boulder. On the other hand, Vicki’s daughter, Brianna, is doing very well in nursing school and is still with her boyfriend, whom she has been seeing since high school. In the meantime, Vicki is doing everything she can to fix her relationship with her husband Donn.

Since the start of the third season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Vicki continues to juggle her efforts to maintain her place among the top echelons of the insurance business, as well as her commitment to mending and rejuvenating her marriage to Donn.  In the couple’s struggle to deal with empty nest syndrome, following their children’s departure for college, Vicki and Donn had purchased a slightly less grandiose home in Coto de Caza.  Within six months however, Vicki underwent a case of buyer’s remorse and longed for the stature their old 5,000-square-foot abode provided her.

Fortunately for Vicki, it seems their son Michael, has buckled back down to his studies and is now flourishing at the university.  He is even considering carrying on her business and someday taking up the cudgels to her insurance business.  His younger sister, Briana, continues to do well in nursing school while working full time at a local hospital.
