Lynne Curtin, one of the cast members of The Real Housewives of Orange County, and her husband Frank, who also appears on the Bravo docu-series, have been issued a bench warrant by a judge in Riverside County, California. According to TMZ, the couple was supposed to appear in court Monday but failed to show up.

Evidently, the reality TV couple failed to shell out the $1.2 million they had previously been ordered to pay a former business partner, and the judge was seeking some answers. Lynne's rep has yet to comment on the issue.

Lynne has had a rough year, proving that the bad economy has really hit The Real Housewives of Orange County. Back in August, Lynne and her family were evicted from the home they lived in on The Real Housewives of Orange County for not paying rent. Their landlord claimed they owed more than $12,000 in rent and other expenses.

Since cameras were able to capture Lynne's eviction, you can expect Bravo to air this unfortunate incident as part of an upcoming episode of the reality series.
