Drama seems to be the single most important ingredient at every event featured on The Real Housewives of New York City and last night's episode was definitely not without it.  The grudge and tension that have been brewing for months between Jill Zarin and Bethenny Frankel finally turned into a full-blown mess and it was every bit as entertaining as I could imagine.

Jill and Bethenny's tiff over the summer stems from Bethenny's infamous voicemail message and since then, they have been trying to avoid each other for who knows how long. But considering both women are on the same series, running into each other is just something inevitable.

The setting: The Jill Stuart fashion show. Though both Bethenny and Jill tried to be as civil as possible, it was obvious that both women were just putting on a front. And true enough, the claws came out just shortly after Bethenny felt Jill's fuming anger from two seats away.

The confrontation: Tired of hearing what everyone else has to say about her beef with Jill, Bethenny finally confronted Jill, who wasted no time telling Bethenny what seemed to be the perfect rant to get back at her: "You told me to get a hobby, so I did!" And in case that wasn't clear enough for you, Jill's new hobby was not talking to Bethenny anymore.

The ceasefire: Just as Bethenny and Jill were about to burst each other's bubbles even more, Kelly arrived to serve as referee. Still, the feud wasn't completely over especially when LuAnn started interfering and telling off Bethenny in an effort to backup Jill. At any rate, the girls managed to walk away from each other without any scratches.

But the whole Bethenny-Jill squabble was just one fragment of last night's episode of The Real Housewives of New York City. To find out more, check out the highlights in the slideshow below.
