Now that The Real Housewives of New York City has officially started filming, it's time to unveil the newbies who will be joining old timers Bethenny Frankel, Kelly Bensimon, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, Alex McCord, Ramona Singer and Jill Zarin for the third season of the Bravo reality show airing next year.

First up is Sonja Morgan, a single mother of a nine-year-old daughter who loves art and decorating. According to the network, she is "a fixture of New York City society, running in social circles that include European royalty and top-notch designers. Having jet-setted around the world and modeled in Paris and Milan, Morgan worked for multiple restaurants across the city as a consultant and manager and often brought in her famous friends to spice up these locales."

Jennifer Gilbert, on the other hand, is an entrepreneur who is married with three kids. Based on the press release, "she owns and runs Save the Date, a corporate and social event planning company, and serves as the co-owner of Portamee, a baby carrier company. Named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young when she was 29, Gilbert is a graduate of the "Birthing of Giants" Program at MIT University." Jennifer and her husband also love to entertain though her motto is "why cook when you can cater?"

It's going to be a crowded third season on The Real Housewives of New York City but according to rumors, the new blood will certainly add spice to the show when Bethenny Frankel leaves in the middle of the season for her own spin-off, though she has repeatedly denied her departure. She does, however, have something to say about newbie Sonja.

"We have a mutual friend, and I remember meeting her. So bring it on. I'm excited for new women if that's the case," Bethenny Frankel told
