We love us some diva housewives (and former housewives).
Here's what some of Bravo's fabulous wives and mommies have been up to since the new year.
Camille's All Right Camille Grammer of
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stopped by the
Today Show earlier this week to talk about her divorce from actor Kelsey Grammer.
"There were times I stopped the interview and had to take a few minutes," she said, explaining the difficulty of filming while going through the divorce.
She also touched on Bravo's decision to air season two after co-star Taylor Armstrong's husband Russell's suicide.
"Bravo did a responsible job, ultimately, in the end," she said. "In the beginning, I wasn't sure we should air season two, but that's not my decision to make. I was against it, but then after talking with the cast and producers, if we can bring awareness to anyone who's gone through that and help people, it was important to us."
She also said that Taylor looked well the last time she saw her, saying Taylor had "put on some weight" and seemed "happier."
Beverly Jillbillies Although she's been fired from
Real Housewives of New York City, it seems that Jill Zarin is quite unwilling to shy away from the spotlight in any manner.
The Hollywood Reporter reports that Jill is in the planning phase to star in her own reality show for FOX.
The show would be about Jill and her "fashion-out-of-water" move to Los Angeles and is tentatively titled
The Beverly Jillbillies. Yes, it sounds like a joke. If only.
Hot Mama Although Melissa Gorga,
Real Housewives of New Jersey's newest cast member, is a reality TV star and now singer, she says that she was "born to be a mommy."
"I am a go-getter. If an opportunity arises such as the
Housewives, I am going to take it and figure out a way to do it all," she said in an interview with
Babble.com. "But no matter what, my husband and my children will always come first to me. I am very lucky to have respectful kids that are really overall great kids."
She also weighed in on Beyonce and Jay-Z's newborn, Blue Ivy, saying, "I actually like the name Blue Ivy, although I might have reversed it to Ivy Blue. I don't have a problem when celebrities pick creative names. They are artists and that's part of who they are."
Bailey Blues Real Housewives of Atlanta viewers saw
Cynthia Bailey get into quite a fight with her husband Peter Thomas this week, so Cynthia
took to her Bravo blog to address any misconceptions about the trouble in her marriage.
"My only issue with Peter was that he should have communicated to me that he had to step out and would be right back," she wrote. "Had I been informed, I would have waited for him to get back. Or I could have at least expressed to everyone that he had to step away for a moment. No drama, end of story. This was my big day and Peter was excited for me. He is my number one supporter."
Cynthia went on to praise marriage counseling and those who seek it out. "Any marriage can benefit from spiritual support. People are not perfect and most marriages are not perfect. I don't want to change, or expect Peter to change. We are who we are. I just want us to be better than we are. We love each other and this is a fight worth fighting for."
The Girls Are Back in Town And now, an exciting reminder that the
Real Housewives of Orange County are coming back in only a matter of weeks!
"From what I am hearing, Season 7 is probably the best season we have ever had! I can't wait to see it! Four weeks and counting,"
Tamra Barney tweeted.
Can't wait to meet the new housewife and get some "woo-hoo" on, starting February 7.
