Porsha's Prenup?

Now that Kordell Stewart has filed for divorce from Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Stewart, fans are wondering if things are going to get messy. Well, Portia revealed on the show earlier this season that she didn't sign a prenuptial agreement when she married Kordell.

"In my opinion a marriage is a sacred union between two people coming together as one with love being that foundation -- being one in mind, body and spirit," Porsha wrote on her Bravo blog back in January about her anti-prenup stance. "I also want to become one spiritually with my husband so that we are equally yoked. We have the same beliefs when it comes to God and how we have our purpose shown to us by God. So through bonding with him in mind, body, and spirit there is no place for a piece of paper to stand between us."

However, it doesn't look like Kordell is going to separate with his estate so easily. He claimed in the divorce petition that Porsha is an "able-bodied person, earning income and is capable of supporting herself." Anyone who has seen Porsha on the show knows that calling her an "able-bodied" anything may be something of a stretch, though.

Meet the Biermanns

While one RHOA family is breaking apart, another one is growing. Former housewife and star of Don't Be Tardy Kim Zolciak's new husband Kroy Biermann has filed legal documents to adopt Kim's two teenage daughters.

Kim and Kroy have two sons together and sources told TMZ that both Kim and Kroy are very excited to make her daughters from a previous marriage Biermanns. The adoption comes as little surprise. When Kroy and Kim were married, Kroy presented each of the girls with their own rings at the altar as well as their mother. Awwww.

We Used to Be Friends

Looks like Kyle Richards and Lisa Vanderpump of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are the most recent pair to experience a friend breakup. Kyle told In Touch Weekly that the two haven't spoken since they filmed the reunion. Kyle is especially miffed that Lisa claimed that Kyle was only friends with Adrienne Maloof so her real estate husband, Mauricio, would have an opportunity to sell the $26 million Maloof estate.

"For her to say that is ridiculous. It was a low blow," Kyle said. "Lisa has never let go of the fact that I didn't defend her on the reunion last year. I'm still being punished one year later for not jumping in."

At least that is one point that Kyle and Lisa can agree on.

"I don't consider Kyle to be a loyal and supportive friend," Lisa told In Touch. "She had a passive-aggressive stance against me all season. Last year, I was blindsided during the reunion, so this time I was there to be on the offensive."

In other Vanderpump news, Lisa survived the first elimination on Dancing with the Stars. And she also threw some life-giving shade via Twitter at co-star Faye Resnick possibly being cast as a full time housewife next season: "No, I don't think the orangutan will be joining the cast of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."
