Last week, rumors started spreading that Taylor Armstrong wouldn't be asked back for season 4 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Now it looks like her co-star Adrienne Maloof is on her way out as well, but by her own choice.

According to TMZ, Adrienne Maloof has told Bravo producers that she does not want to come back for season 4.

Adrienne has gone through some rough things in her personal life on camera as well as off camera. This past summer, she went through a messy divorce from Dr. Paul Nassif, who often appears on the show, where there were even accusations of abuse thrown around.

Then there was the very public fight with Brandi Glanville, who accused Adrienne of having her children via surrogate. Adrienne's image of being the level-headed business woman of the group took a hit, as Brandi became more popular with viewers. Not to mention, the feud led her to take part in less of the show than she has in the past. By not going on the girls' trips and taking part in other social functions, she eliminated herself from many of the scenes that make up the show.

Despite the mess that has been her personal life lately, the inside source at TMZ insists that these are not the reasons she wants to make an exit. In fact, the source says that Adrienne is quitting because she thinks that if she doesn't, the producers will, in fact, fire her.

Bravo is already lining up some replacements for Taylor, and now seemingly Adrienne. Penny Lancaster, Rod Stewart's wife, is one of the rumored front-runners, as well as Faye Resnick, who has often made cameos on the show already. TMZ claims that former Extra host Dayna Devon is also being considered as a candidate.
