After a rough year dealing with divorce of her famous husband Kelsey Grammer, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer has finally come to a settlement in the battle of custody for their two children Mason, 10, and Jude, 7.

After dealing with a mud-slinging public separation, the two have agreed that Camille and Kelsey have agreed to joint custody, but they will live with Camille full time in Los Angeles and Kelsey will maintain "meaningful contact."

Camille learned that her Emmy winning husband wasn't winning any awards for being a good spouse after she found him carrying on an affair while living in New York with a woman 25 years his junior. The two filed for divorce at the end of RHOBH season one, and Camille, having not signed a prenuptial agreement, was rumored to get approximately $50 million dollars after the divorce.

Camille recently explained on the RHOBH reunion show and to Wendy Williams that she didn't intend on changing her last name, "Our children are Grammers, and it's easier to keep the Grammer last name because of children."

And apparently there going to be even more Grammer children. After winning a Golden Globe for his role on the new show Boss, Kelsey announced that he and his new wife (the former mistress) Kayte Walsh are expecting twins.

Camille is also dating someone new, Dimitri Charalabopoulos, the bankruptcy lawyer whose phenomenal abs we got a glimpse of on the final episode of RHOBH season two. Camille is unsure of her status on the show for next season, but we can only hope we'll can see plenty more of her... and her BF's famous abs!
