Last week after the first part of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills
reunion aired, Brandi Glanville claimed that her co-stars met before the reunion
taping to plan an attack on Lisa Vanderpump. Now Kyle Richards, a friend of Lisa's and one of her foremost critics during Part One of the reunion
, is saying that Brandi's statement is completely false.
In her Bravo blog,
"Brandi had given an interview and said that Adrienne, Taylor and I had planned an attack on Lisa. I can promise you with all my heart and soul that that never happened. By Brandi putting that out there, some people went into viewing the reunion with a very different mindset. I NEVER heard of any such meeting nor did I or WOULD I attend any such meeting. I know Adrienne would never do something like that."
Kyle went on to say that she is wary of where Brandi got her information from, and that if Brandi didn't know all of the facts, she should keep her mouth shut.
"Hearsay can be dangerous," Kyle writes. "As we've seen. It was very hurtful to everyone. Probably most hurtful to Lisa."
Kyle writes that all of the housewives dislike the reunion to begin with. She compares walking to the stage to face Andy Cohen to "the walk to the electric chair." And in true Kyle fashion, she didn't hold back about how she felt toward her co-stars during the reunion.
"I WAS upset that Lisa had said one thing to my face about doing the splits at Pandora's engagement party and then changed her tune in a video she shot for AOL," said Kyle about splits-gate. "Lisa knows my personality and knows I've been known to do crazier stuff than the splits WITHOUT cameras around, just to make my friends laugh. That is who I am."
She also wrote that she felt uncomfortable when it came to the Adrienne Maloof vs. Lisa Vanderpump fight that broke out, because she is friends with both of them. "I think a lot of people think I am only close with Lisa, however, Mauricio and I are close with Adrienne and Paul (as well as the rest of the cast)."
Kyle says that she is glad Adrienne and Lisa finally got a chance to address their issues because it was a "long time coming," but she did feel bad for not speaking up at certain times.
As for what is going to happen on next week's Reunion Part Two, Kyle writes that, before the reunion, she had thought that her and Brandi's relationship was in a good place. "All was fine between Brandi and me... so I thought. The drama continues next week..."
