And if you saw the most recent episode of The Office, you should have a pretty solid idea of which one it is. But just to be safe, the mini-spoiler is after the jump.

Entertainment Weekly reports that after much waltzing (all the back and forth movement), Andy (Ed Helms) and Erin (Ellie Kemper) are set to go on their first official date on the NBC comedy's March 11 episode.

"It's been a slow process of Andy gaining the courage to ask her out, but he finally does," says The Office's HR person Toby and showrunner Paul Lieberstein. "The wrinkle in their first date is she gets sick with the flu, but they attempt to push on anyway."

After breaking off his engagement with Angela (Angela Kinsey) and going on a solo honeymoon, Andy has had his eyes on then new receptionist Erin for the longest time. Andy finally let it out that he likes her on the show's Christmas episode, when he made a grand gesture to show how much he liked her.

However, things won't go as peachy down the line as Erin's storyline is slowly revealed.

"We will reveal that Erin is a foster kid," offers producer BJ Novak. "Andy went to Cornell, so they had extremely different childhoods and upbringings. And learning about those differences and trying to figure out if they mesh will provide a lot of comedy."

Asked if Andy-Erin will take the same path as the original Office couple who got married early this season, executive producer Greg Daniels described Andy and Erin as "kind of halfway" between Jim (John Krasinski) and Pam (Jenna Fischer) and Andy and Angela.

"They're a comedy couple, but they're a sweet couple as well."
