Melinda Clarke was famous for her role on

Since her acceptance of the role, she became an integral part of the storyline, popularly known for being involved with Jimmy Cooper, Caleb Nichol, Luke Ward, Dr. Neil Roberts, Spencer Bullitt, Gordon Bullitt and Frank Atwood.
After four seasons of
The O.C., Clarke reprised her role as Lady Heather on
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. She also became part of
Backstage: Hollywood Fashion, along with other celebrities like Carmen Electra, Denise Richards,
Nadine Velazquez,
Kristine Cavallari, Alison Sweeney and
Jeffrey Sebelia.
Clarke is set to join LL Cool J for a CBS crime-drama pilot called

In the upcoming series, LL Cool J stars as Manny Baxter, an undercover cop who struggles to find balance in his professional and personal life and must now take care of a boy orphaned after one of his drug busts, while Clarke stars as Captain Brooke McCluskey, a fierce and sexy policewoman who has worked with him over the years. Other cast members include Domenick Lombardozzi as Cueball, Jessica Collins as Constance Brielle, and Mia Maestro as Dr. Lola Fiero. Next year, she will play the lead role of Angelica Daniels in the film based on the novel of Edwin Balmer entitled
