NBC premieres its new series, The Night Shift, on Tuesday, May 27 at 10pm. The series follows a group of doctors as they deal with cases on the hectic night shift. BuddyTV was on set last fall and got the chance to talk with each of the show's stars including Scott Wolf, Jill Flint, Freddy Rodriguez and Eoin Macken about their characters and the difficult relationships many of them will be going through during the first season.

Check out the interview with Scott Wolf to learn more about his character Dr. Scott Clemens, including how he ends up working the night shift, what concerns him about working with his girlfriend and her ex, the relationship between Scott and TC and what puts them at odds and much more.

Check out the interview with Jill Flint to learn more about her character, Dr. Jordan Alexander, including the friction between her and TC, the trickiness of working with her ex-boyfriend and current boyfriend, how she keeps everything in balance, how hard it is to move on, teasers about a big surprise in Episode 6, how she tries to keep TC in line and much more.

Check out the interview with Freddy Rodriguez to learn more about his character, Michael Ragosa, including how he balances his moral feelings of taking care of patients with running the business of a hospital, how viewers will see Rogosa humanized as the season continues, the volatile relationship between TC and Ragosa, what drives Ragosa, how he loosens up and more.

Check out the interview with Eoin Macken to learn more about his character TC, including what makes him fascinating, how he works as a doctor, why he cares more about other people than himself, what makes him a caring person, the awkward love-triangle between TC, Scott and Jordan, what makes TC respect Ragosa, why playing TC's softer side is a challenge for Macken and much more.

Warning: Beware of cursing, especially when a pesky little fly attacks during the interview.

Be sure to check out our interview with Brendan Fehr on Wednesday, May 28, as he discusses what will be revealed about his character in the first episode.
