Continuing in this exciting week of Fall schedules, CBS revealed its lineup today, and while many shows remain fixed, there are some big moves.  The Mentalist, this past season’s top new show, will get the coveted post-CSI timeslot Thursdays at 10pm.

And one day after NBC officially cancelled Medium, CBS scooped it up and Patricia Arquette will now see ghosts right after Jennifer Love Hewitt does the same thing on Ghost Whisperer.

More Fall Lineups:
FOX
ABC
NBC
CBS
The CW

Aside from picking up Medium, CBS also adds four other new shows to its schedule, including the NCIS spin-off NCIS: Los Angeles.  At this rate, CBS procedurals are going to run out of new cities to place spin-offs in.  Other new shows include:

Accidentally on Purpose: Jenna Elfman stars as a woman who gets accidentally pregnant on a one-night stand with a much younger guy.  At least it’s not on the same night as ABC’s new Cougar Town.

The Good Wife: Julianna Margulies plays a wife and mother who goes back to work at a law firm after her husband is arrested in a sexual scandal.

Three Rivers: A medical drama about an organ transplant team, this drama stars Moonlight alum Alex O’Loughlin.

Here is CBS’ Fall schedule:

In addition, CBS picked up three new shows for midseason.  Those include:

The Bridge: A drama about a cop (Battlestar Galactica‘s Aaron Douglas) voted to be the president of the police officer’s union.

Miami Trauma: A drama about a group of surgeons produced by Jerry Bruckheimer.  It’s different from NBC’s new Fall show Trauma because this takes place in Miami.

Arranged Marriage: A fascinating new reality show in which three single people agree to let their family and friends pick a partner and arrange a marriage for them.  The documentary series then follows these three arranged marriages from the first time they meet and get married to their lives together.
