When Heidi Montag-Pratt speaks, the entertainment world listens (unfortunately).  Now, she'll be showing off her fitness secrets and it looks as though no one can escape them.  The star of MTV's The Hills recently talked to People Magazine about flaunting her figure, as if getting a spread in Playboy wasn't enough.

Heidi Pratt revealed that she's planning on telling the world how she keeps herself fit, by releasing a series known as "The Heidi Workout."  She developed it with trainer Chad Waterbury, enabling it for an easily accessible online download.

"Staying fit is something I'm really passionate about," said the reality TV celebrity.  "I work out with a strength-and-conditioning coach 90 minutes a day, five days a week."

For "The Heidi Workout", the Hills star will be telling everyone about "full-body, intense resistance exercises" that she herself takes part in. Each of these are executed as rapidly as possible, which saves time for those with tight schedules.

According to Waterbury, the workout was designed "so you burn fat faster."  He has worked numerous times with Pratt to keep her slim, giving her body what he calls "a hard look with a feminine shape."

In addition to exercise, there's also the diet.  "The Heidi Workout" offers nutritional guidelines that Pratt herself follows.  "Heidi loves steak!" Waterbury revealed, listing the types of foods avoided by the 22-year-old wife of Spencer Pratt.  She may fill herself up with lean meats, but carbs are definitely a no-no.

Losing weight wasn't really the intention of the Hills celeb though.  It was more of a desire to have curves.  "When she came to me her butt was really flat and she wanted to make it bigger," Waterbury explained.  "Now, it's nice, shapely and round."

"Heidi has a really healthy appetite," the trainer said.  "There's no way she is going to deprive herself."

It sounds like this workout works for the Hills star, especially since she's gotten numerous offers that continue to catapult her to fame.  With the demanding tasks she has on her hands, one thing we ask from Heidi now is: when will she ever give us a break?

Do you think The Heidi Workout is a good idea?
For her, definitely
Yes, everyone should try it
No way
No, it’s just another bid for attention
