“Everything that happened in the end of tonight's finale kind of rolls into the fourth season,”
Audrina Patridge remarked during the wrap party for the just concluded third season of
The Hills. The bash was the third installment of a one-two-three all out package MTV threw for
The Hills Monday last week to mark the season finale.
The Hills is already sure to return with a fourth edition come August.
The Hills' wrap party showcased stars of the reality show in all their young, hip, reality star glitz and glamour, as they celebrated the night away from a Beverly Hills mansion complete with a breathtaking vista of the Los Angeles skyline.
"I think every year [the wrap parties] get a little bigger,"
Lauren Conrad observed. "Our first one was just a small one with a couple of cameras, so every year we get a few more photographers."
"It's so surreal,”
Whitney Port quipped. “I mean we've done three of these things now, but this is amazing. It's so weird to be a part of something like this. It's awesome!"
"It feels great! I can't believe, I mean, we're going into a fourth season. It's, like, crazy!" Patridge remarked, bringing up the coming new season once more.
She confessed that some parts of the fourth edition are already being filmed, and warned that the heightened group dynamic among new roommates Lauren, Audrina and Lo promises some scintillating drama next season. Meanwhile, conspicuously absent during the wrap shindig were the king and queen of
The Hills backstabbing drama,
Spencer Pratt and
Heidi Montag. The rest of
The Hills cast in attendance offered no explanation for their no-show.
"Finales are fun because we filmed for like eight months, and it all gets put together in a show and this is kind of the end. [But] there's such a build up to it, we're always eager to see what fans think," Lauren Conrad said in parting.
