It's getting difficult to keep up with the web of relationships on The Hills when every character is as sneaky and venomous as spiders. It's even tougher to map out the love triangles these reality stars have in real life.
Audrina Patridge, however, pins them all down to the fact that the on-screen romance in her show is purely entertainment. She told Us Magazine what she thought of her ex, Justin Bobby, hooking up and locking lips with new girl Kristin Cavallari. It's possible she's just not over him yet, or all her feelings for him were only "entertainment" too.
"At the end of the day, it's a show," the 24-year-old Patridge told the publication while at MTV's Los Premios last week. "It's entertainment. And you can't take anything serious on that show."
Well, how come her feud with Kristin Cavallari looks pretty serious now that they haven't even tried to make up? She and the 22-year-old
Hills newcomer were at odds during the show's premiere earlier this month, simply because Kristin pursued Justin Bobby. Audrina was obviously upset by the act, and has snubbed the other girl's attempts to be friends.
Asked whether the two will ever make peace with one another, Audrina answered, "I don't know. I really don't know how it's going to play out. We still have three weeks of filming - and that's it."
However, it looks like Justin isn't ready to let go of Audrina that easily.
Access Hollywood noted that on a clip from a new
Hills episode, he says he may still have feelings for her.
"A big part of me will always have feelings for you and always be that guy towards you," Justin admitted to her. "I would never be able to say anything was better than Audrina Patridge, ever in my life."
Maybe Audrina's telling the truth about all this being just entertainment, since Justin's already admitted how his off-camera relationship with Kristin is moving so quickly. "I think me and Kristin [evolved] a lot quicker than Audrina and I did," he said. "Surprisingly. We didn't expect it."
