The Great American Dream Vote
The Great American Dream Vote is a reality based show on ABC that turns anyone’s dreams into reality through the help of the American viewers. From the producers of The Bachelor, the show grants wishes of individuals who are convincing enough to the eyes of the American people.

The show encourages everyone to reveal their wildest dreams on television and state their reason why viewers should vote for them. Each episode introduces contestants from different corners of America along with their lifelong dreams. After explaining their individual reasons why their dreams deserve to be fulfilled, the studio audience will then cast votes in each round, eliminating contestants one by one until there are only two left. The fate of the remaining two finalists will then be put on the hands of the viewers at home who will then vote who among them is worthy enough to have his or her dream realized. The winner will then be announced on the following week.

On its first episode, eight hopeful contestants reveal their dreams to the audience including a firefighter, who wants to open a flower shop for his wife, a computer consultant, who wants a famous singer to serenade his wife, a 22-year old student, who is prematurely bald and wants to have his hair back, an animal rescuer advocate, who wants to set up a Bassett Hound senior center, and an English teacher, who wants to have a chicken zoo.

The Greatest American Vote is hosted by pop icon Donny Osmond, who is best known as one of the members of the 70s teen music idol The Osmonds. His 43-year long running career also includes being a variety, talk, and game show host, broadway actor in Beauty and the Beast, bestselling author, and a solo recording star with 33 gold and platinum records tucked under his belt.
