The Good Wife season 4 has certainly been hitting all the right marks with their list of guest stars this season, and it looks like that list is about to get a little bit longer with returning names like Michael J. Fox and new names like T.R. Knight.
Already this season on The Good Wife
we've seen the likes of Maura Tierney and Nathan Lane, and soon we'll see more guest stars
including Amanda Peet, Christina Ricci, Brian Dennehy and F. Murray Abraham, as well as Stockard Channing.
But the show hasn't stopped there, according to EW's Inside TV
T.R. Knight will have a guest-starring role on the hit CBS drama later this season. Considering how much I loved Knight as George O'Malley on ABC's Grey's Anatomy
(and how hard I cried when he left the show), I personally couldn't be more excited about this news.
Knight is set to play a political operative on The Good Wife and since we know how much the show likes to bring back popular guest stars, I'm going to keep my fingers crossed that his visit isn't just a one-time thing.
But that's not the only news to come from The Good Wife
camp recently. TVLine.com
reports that Michael J. Fox will also be returning to the show for episode 11. The episode is set to air in January 2013 and I'm thinking that we're going to see a lot of fireworks when that happens.
Fans may recall that the last time Fox's character Louis Canning came around, he and his cohort Patti Nyholm (played by Martha Plimpton) made a play at stealing one of Lockhart and Gardner's biggest clients. Their devious plan worked and led to the firm's current financial woes. The question now is, will the return of Canning mean that more trouble will be heading the firm's way as well? Or will the team perhaps get a chance to win back their client, or find another way to get the upper hand back again against their new enemies?
What do you think of the latest casting news from The Good Wife? What are you more excited to see, Michael J. Fox's return or T.R. Knight's first guest-starring role on the show?
