How do you follow up a fun, dance party music video set to an LMFAO song on The Glee Project? By turning 180 degrees, of course.

The theme for the third episode is "Vulnerability," which means it's time to learn a valuable lesson about bullying. Guest mentor Cory Monteith will show up to help the 11 remaining contestants tap into their sensitive sides for a music video featuring REM's "Everybody Hurts." The concept is that all of the kids get bullied, and all of the kids are the bullies.

Be prepared to watch three straight minutes of kids looking sad. It's hard to tell who actually won the homework assignment since no one seems to be particularly featured. I think Nellie goes a really great job opening the song, and for some reason the Mario segment makes me giggle a bit. I know kids are mean, but would anyone really steal a blind man's cane and push him into a fence? That seems less like bullying and more like pure evil.

The Glee Project airs Tuesday at 10pm on Oxygen.
