It seems that there could be big changes in store for The Girls Next Door and life at the Playboy mansion. Holly Madison’s breakup with Hugh Hefner put so much attention on them that the drama between Kendra and Hef was virtually overlooked. Reports first came that Holly was spending time with Criss Angel and then, that Kendra was spending time with Philadelphia Eagles receiver Hank Baskett. While Perez Hilton only suggested the two were dating, some gossip blogs took it a step further, claiming that Kendra and Hank were engaged! In a recent interview, though, Holly claimed that both she and Kendra could return for the 6th season of The Girls Next Door.  She also came clean about the real reason things didn't work out between her and Hef.

Holly Madison seemed fine in her original statement to TMZ.com that she was no longer dating Hef but when she showed up at the 5th Annual Hollywood Style Awards this week, her face told a different story. Madison arrived at the event with one of the Shannon twins but looked particularly miserable all night. Kristina and Karissa Shannon, Hef’s new girlfriends, kept mostly to themselves, according to Fox News.

In an interview with OK Magazine UK this week, Holly revealed one of the biggest problems in her relationship with Hef – not only didn’t he want to have children with her, he couldn’t. Madison revealed that Hef was too old for invitro fertilization treatment and she decided that it meant she needed to move on with her life. "I wanted to have kids,” she said. “When that wasn't possible, I realized that I had to be honest with Hef and break it off.” Holly also said that, while she was completely in love with Hef, it was the age difference that ultimately ended their relationship.
