Now that The Girls Next Door executive producer Kevin Burns have shed light on the possibility that cameras may not always be rolling to capture life at the Playboy mansion, Hugh Hefner's three girlfriends, Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt, and Kendra Wilkinson, have opened up to E! Online to about what they hope to embark on beyond The Girls Next Door.

“I have a really big appetite.  I want everything,” said Hefner's number 1 girlfriend Holly Madison, who is presently working as a junior editor for Playboy magazine.

“I'm really excited about hosting on the Travel channel and I just produced a horror movie so I want to get more into the entertainment industry.  I'm very career oriented right now,” added Bridget Marquardt, who has landing a hosting gig on a travel show called Bridget's Beaches in which she explores seaside destinations around the world for 13 episodes.

Unlike Holly and Bridget, Kendra Wilkinson is hoping to find something she never really had.

“I grew up with no dad …I want something I've never have. I do wanna get married and have kids, I do wanna have the American dream [but] I definitely wanna keep working,” Kendra said.

For now, however, these girls are concentrating on their work on The Girls Next Door, which is about to premiere its fifth season on October 5.  And while various rumors continue to revolve around his girlfriends and the possible end of his reality series, Hefner does acknowledge that the relationships are "in transition."

"Are there going to be changes in the relationships, I'm sure there are going to be," Hefner said.  "I think that in the future, the girls are going to, in time, be dating others and moving out of the mansion, and when that happens we will not be keeping it a secret."
