Isn't this cute?

Before we had Ellen DeGeneres the American Idol judge, we had Ellen DeGeneres the So You Think You Can Dance guest judge.  And way before that, we had Ellen DeGeneres the talk show host.  Throw the last two elements together, and you have, well, a guest performance.

It's nice seeing Ellen really give a lot of love to last season's finalists.  Oh, if you haven't caught it, I'm referring to the Top 10 appearing on the season premiere of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, which means a performance with them and Ellen, too.




The number was a Nappy Tabs one, so we get to see them, too, at least for a moment.  But of course, everyone who watched Ellen will know that there is a catch to this, and on the video below, there's some rehearsal footage.  Let's just say it's surprising.




I just realized how much I missed Randi--if she was a bit better she would've been in Jeanine's place, at least for me.

The Top 10 (plus Phillip and Caitlin, I must add) are still on tour, so there's still enough time if they're dropping by where you are.  Me?  The new season's already begun, and that's where I'm headed.
