Diem Brown was eliminated two weeks ago on MTV's
Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Duel, she won the respect and admiration of her housemates, as well as viewers worldwide. Aside from her tenacity and strength to fight her ovarian cancer, she is also undeniably pretty with a drop dead gorgeous body.

Diem Brown attended Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida and graduated in 2003 with a bachelor's degree. She was also a member of the Delta Gamma sorority. She is the eldest of four siblings. In addition, she previously spoke at the Step Up Women's Network in New York City.
In her inclusion in MTV's Real World/Road Rules Challenges
Fresh Meat and The Duel helped her to reach out to young women who are also battling ovarian cancer. In September 2005, after being chosen for Fresh Meat, Diem was diagnosed with stage 2 ovarian cancer. Displaying a tremendous amount of strength and courage, she was able to battle the cancer, and in the process, removing one of her ovaries, several lymph nodes and part of her fallopian tube. By staying strong, Diem has become an inspiration to many, and she even started a charity called "Live for the Challenge" (liveforthechallenge.com) to help patients create a "medical registry" to help with expenses. Her upbeat spirit has given viewers of Fresh Meat and The Duel a bright disposition and has certainly inspired her fans to never give up.
