Tonight: 'The Biggest Loser: Where Are They Now?'
Crank up the time machine, kids. It's time to play catch-up.

The Biggest Loser has been on for eight seasons and a lot of people have gone through the ranch, losing weight, changing lives, and then some. Tonight, just in time for Thanksgiving preparation, we get to catch up with contestants from the previous seven seasons--the winners, the ones we love, the ones who stirred controversy, the ones who fell in love, you get the drill--and see what they've been up to. The Biggest Loser: Where Are They Now? runs for two hours and airs tonight from 8pm on NBC.

We get a look at 40 contestants from the past seven seasons, from all walks of life. Say, last season's winner, Helen Phillips, or the winner before her, Ali Vincent, or the winner back in season four, Bill Germanakos, who's since become a fitness ambassador for his company, going around the country giving motivational speeches.

And then there are the people who went on to greater things, like season 5's Dan Evans, who has pursued a country music career. Or season 7's Filipe and Sione Fa, who are now working on their certification as personal trainers. Or the first season's Drea Baptiste, who's now a fitness director.

And then there are the people whose experience in the ranch have changed other people's lives. Remember season 7's Jerry and Estella Hayes? They have motivated their daughter to lose 88 pounds. And, of course, the people who have found love on the show, like Matt and Suzy from season 2, or Amy and Marty from season 3, both of which have since married and had children.

Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels will pay surprise visits to some of these people, talking to them about how their lives have changed since the show. There's also home footage, too, if that's your thing. Again, that's The Biggest Loser: Where Are They Now?, airing tonight from 8pm on NBC.
