On last week’s
The Biggest Loser, the red and blue teams were chosen. As the losers headed home, Jillian surprised them to let them know they’d be training as part of a secret black team. After red team member Amber complained she wanted to quit, she gave her teammates a reason to send her home after they lost the weigh in.
The black team has their very own weigh in with Jillian. Isabeau steps on the scale first and she has lost 8 pounds and Julie has lost 2 pounds, which upsets her. Hollie has lost 9 pounds, Jez dropped 16 pounds, Jim lost 11 pounds, and Bill lost an impressive 21 pounds.
It’s time for another challenge and Bob is looking for his first blue team win. The teams will have to climb stairs in a giant building to change the lights to either blue or red, depending on their team. The first team to complete this task wins and someone will receive immunity. The blue team gets a nice lead but in the end, it comes down to the team captains who are neck and neck. In the end, Phil pulls off a win for the red team, beating Jerry by only a few seconds. David is the lucky winner of immunity.
The black team finds out that they'll be heading back to
The Biggest Loser campus to take on the contestants who didn't choose them. Bob and Neil face off because he isn't eating and Bob predicts he won't lose any weight. The red and blue teams do their last chance workouts which always look like hell on earth. Amy finally reaches the end of her rope and walks out on her red team in the middle of the workout.
Bob puts competition aside and tries to help support Amy, as she goes through a difficult time. She misses her children, understandably. He encourages her to take advantage of this opportunity that she's been given and gets her mind back in the game. She decides to stay in the game and plots with Lezlye to get rid of one of the guys, should the red team lose the weigh in.
NBC got what they has hoped for, as the red and blue teams were completely shocked to see the black team standing there with their arms crossed. The blue team goes first for the weigh in. Jerry, the team captain, loses 10 pounds, getting his team off to a good start. Nicole loses 6 pounds and Patty drops 2, which surprises her. Ryan heads to the scale next and he sheds 10 pounds. After losing 20 pounds last week, Kae gets rid of 5 more tonight. Last up for the blue team was Neil, who managed to lose 10 pounds, despite nursing an injury.
The red team heads to the scale next. Bryan loses 6 pounds and Amy loses 2 pounds, which isn't surprising given her resistance throughout the week. Lezlye is up next, losing only 3 pounds, which also isn't a surprise. What is surprising is David, who only lost 4 pounds. Everything rests on Phil, the team captain. He only loses 5 pounds. It's quite a small week for the red team. The blue team wins and are safe. Now, the red team must face off against the black team to determine who will be sending someone home.
Hollie heads to the scale first for the black team and only loses 2 pounds. Isabeau goes next and she has lost 5 pounds. Jez dropped 9 pounds and Julie lost 3. It's up to the twins now, Bill and Jim. First, Bill drops 12 pounds, which solidifies a win for the black team. Jim still gets to weigh in to see how the black team will ultimately stack up against the blue team. He loses 16 pounds which means the black team places first.
Ryan cannot be eliminated since he lost the most weight. David cannot be eliminated since he won immunity at the challenge. Amy goes back on her word against Lezlye and campaigns to get her out. At the elimination, the men decide to team up and vote out Lezlye. Since she left
The Biggest Loser and headed home, she has lost 55 pounds.
On next week's
The Biggest Loser, the contestants are left alone with 400,000 calories of food and someone gives in to temptation. One team pays the price at the weigh in. Don't forget to check back tomorrow for BuddyTV's interview with Lezlye!
