With five contestants left on The Biggest Loser, pressure runs high as the show explores what could be their toughest challenge yet: gaining all of their weight back on and running up and down hills of sand while dropping their weekly weight loss as it was shed off during the season. Can Sunshine, Michael, Koli, Daris and Ashley withstand this week's test? We find out in tonight's episode.

To give the remaining players more insight, The Biggest Loser season 3 winner Erik Chopin returns to the ranch. For those who are not familiar, this former champ won the show by losing 214 pounds from his starting weight of 407 pounds but has since been struggling with weight gain. Now he's sharing his personal experience and telling the world about the challenges and strategies for keeping the weight off once they leave The Biggest Loser.

Among the remaining participants, Michael, the heaviest contestant ever to join The Biggest Loser, has a hard time moving forward on the competition. But hopefully, trainer Bob Harper, along with season seven winner Helen Phillips, will push him to the right direction to carry on.

Also appearing on tonight's episode is Dallas Cowboys quarter back Tony Romo, who gives the five contestants an inspiring pep talk before he leads them on a painstaking hike. Then the players take a trip down memory lane as videos of their weight-loss journeys at the ranch are shown before the player with the lowest percentage of weight-loss goes home.
